FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard (UK): 3–7 business days
Express (UK): 1–3 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. SÉVAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
SÉVAR is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@sevar.store and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SÉVAR is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
