We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

ELIGIBILITY
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- The item is not marked as Final Sale
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Final Sale or promotional items
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at support@sevar.store with:
1. Your order number
2. Reason for return
3. Photo of the item

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

SÉVAR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
